Subject:                   Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hey, Guys –

Thanks for putting us on the edge of our seats for 7 hours yesterday while raising our spirits high for the season with your breath-takingly thrilling feat of a climatic ending in bringing in that delightful final figure of $590K!

Bodhi, you sure can work some dynamite magic and hopefully your auction idea continues to take off. It qualifies as a true spectator sport (or reality game show?). You rule bro! Someday Duane will have to see you in action. We’re sure he’d be as impressed as we were.

We thoroughly enjoyed the fun time with you guys at your so uniquely kewl office, then your warm hospitality and meeting your wonderful family in your spectacular crib. The event for us was so reminiscent of our yesteryears (uh, sounds kinda geriatric, huh?), as you guys reminded us so much of our more youthful times. So we left feeling really rejuvenated and in the highest of spirits for sure! LOL

So I guess we can all relax now and savor this astounding success through all the thick and thin of the process. James, hope you recuperate from all the toiling on Spruce Street, dude! You sure as hell got that place in shape in a jiffy – incredible, considering the 4 dumpster loads you had to drag down from the house. And we thank you both for your true kindness, compassion, and support through what has been a challenging six months for us for sure.

We wish you all a happy holiday weekend and look forward to more adventures with you guys again. (What’s the web address of the 9-unit? Just curious and thought we’d look it up. Bodhi, it’s definitely a concept worth considering. You might mention it to Duane.)

You’re good people and we are so grateful to know you and that we had the good luck of meeting Bennie who led us to your door. He was so right. Kroll Realty rocks!

Best for the holidays and New Year,"

"Bodhi Kroll, the broker, is quite active in the community. This evening he was one of the hosts for the monthly Colusa Circle Art fest.  Caught his wife and kids dancing to the beat of an outdoor band in front of RabbitEars.

If you are looking to sell or buy locally, Bodhi's your man. Knows the market, knows the area and *really* knows how to make a good deal happen.

Did I mention that he used to be the owner of the SF Hang Gliding Company? Now there's an experienced agent who can really claim to be a cut above the competition!

Was this review …?"

"I walked into Kroll Realty a few years ago to ask for help in tracking down the owner of an abandoned building I was interested in leasing.  There was no profit in it for them, I was not in the market to buy a house, yet Bodhi the owner himself helped me out and we found the owner of the building.  He then spent a number of hours helping me craft a proposal to lease it, all for nothing and he was very nice about it.  He's clearly one of those people who knows how to get things done, and with a certain amount of style."

To Whom this May Concern:

I hired James Jessie of Statewide Real Estate Auctions in September to auction my two-story, two-bedroom condo. It had been on the market for over a year. Mr. Jessie was on the phone the following day getting intouch with my home owners association and the local credit union in order to facilitate the auction.

We had an open house on a Saturday and Bodhi Kroll ran the auction the following Wednesday. The auctions two most interested buyers bid against each other. There came another two interested parties the same

Sincerely, Jane

To Whoms it May Concern:

When I got the hand delivered note on the door that said "here's a bit of good news" I did not know how true those words would be. I had recieved other offers to "help" me and I was desperate so I called them all. Each and every one of them said that they could not help me because I owned a town house/condo. I called Jason Schwager believing I would hear the same thing. Jason assured me he could help me and we made an appointment to talk. Within 30 days of meeting with Jason my house was sold and I moved out within another 30 days. I could not be happier with the service that Jason provided. I have many words to describe him as a caring human being and a real estate professional. He is kind, knowledgable, honest, and compassionate. He knows how to get things done with the banks and the title company. Jason is very hands on with his clients. He guides you gently through the process. If you are caught in a mortgage nightmare Jason can help you. I was so relieved to find someone who told me the truth and helped me get back on track.

Re: Statewide Real Estate Auctions

To whom it may concern:

I have been very satisfied with my interactions with Statewide Real Estate Auctions from start to finish. Statewide performed beyond my expectations in intelligence, knowledge, experience, straight forward honesty and integrity, and responding promptly and fully to my concerns even lightening the atmosphere with a good sense of humor when needed. They went the extra mile and I am happy to recommend them.
